Back to the cribbing self :p... but its not my fault !! 

I thought of opening a citibank account thinking that the indian private banks
 do not care for people and provide good service.

But I think these MNC guys have also learnt the tricks of making customers 
unhappy fast enough ! 

While I opened my citibank account, i  was asked to give a photograph for the
 debit card...which i happily gave.
Finally got my card after some 10-15 days ( against the promised time of 4-5 days..)... and guess what..it had some body else's photograph on it..!!!!

I started calling the citibank guys, and writing mails to them, and they keep 
playing ping-pong with me... making me go from one executive to other...
 and they profusely "appologized" for the mistake and asked me to send the
 photo again..so that they can issue me my new card with MY photo.

Since they have been very busy, and have to go on leave and fall sick ( believe 
me...the executives gave me all these as the reasons why i m not getting my
 card)...and they keep loosing photos, i had to send my photo twice in last two
 months, and finally..... yesterday, i got my new card!!!!

and here comes the climax.... 

....the new card that i have received still has the same guy's photo who 
appeared on my first card... and not mine!! 

... and I am back

...........after a loong break... with a new blog.

Needless to say, the credit goes to wifey!!

A new innings........with a regular dose of my ramblings, thoughts, philosophy  and gyaaan....
